If you've already decided that you definitely want to join then write to the address above including the following details:

• Name
• Address
• Telephone number
• Email address
• Ages (if under 16)
• Preferred role (if any)
• Any dietary requirements
• Any medical problems which might affect you at an event

Please also include a cheque made payable to Bonaventure. Membership rates are £10 p.a. for a single membership or £15 for a family membership (includes any related people or couples, living at the same address).
